1. Collection Terms
All orders must be paid in full before processing. Collections are only done via approved methods including UPI, cards, wallets, and COD in select areas.
2. Order Confirmation
After successful collection of payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Please retain this for future reference.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. Post that time, cancellations may not be guaranteed if the order is already processed.
4. Refunds
If a cancellation is accepted or an item is out of stock, your payment will be refunded using the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
